A LITTLE DOODLE. A LOT OF TOGETHER.

A little help with game night.

Direct support from Old Oak Labs.

Contact us

Email fahadmubiru1@gmail.com for help, accessibility feedback, privacy questions, or a payment issue. Our support window is Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UTC, excluding holidays. Target initial response: within two business days.

Tell us what you tried, the device and Zoom version you use, and the error message. A room reference helps. Do not send passwords, private invitation links, session credentials, payment card details, or a screenshot that reveals a secret word or personal information.

The game will not open in Zoom

  1. Use Zoom Workplace desktop version 7.0.5 or later for Windows or macOS and sign in. Zoom’s web app does not offer this in-meeting game; open our browser game alongside the call instead. The desktop beta has completed installation testing and is awaiting in-meeting testing and Marketplace approval.
  2. Once available to your account, add Together Doodle, join a normal meeting, then open it from Apps. Ask your administrator to allow Zoom Apps if your account restricts them.
  3. Guest mode, webinars, breakout rooms, Zoom Rooms and mobile clients are outside the initial release’s supported scope.
  4. If the app says that its Zoom session expired, close and reopen it in the same meeting. Confirm the adult checkbox and enter again.

Other households are missing

  1. In Zoom, make sure every adult is in the same main meeting and has opened Together Doodle. The first adult to enter hosts the game.
  2. Use Invite family, then Invite Zoom meeting for desktop participants or Create browser invitation for browser players. A browser player opens that private link alongside their video call. If Zoom invitations are unavailable, desktop adults can open the app from Apps.
  3. Join between turns if the game has already started. A room supports up to eight households. Only a browser invitation created by that Zoom game’s host can join its native room. Ask the host for a fresh invitation if it has expired or been replaced.

Drawing or scoring is stuck

  1. Only the active drawer can draw or clear the board. Everyone else guesses out loud. Only the game host can award a point, reveal a word, or advance the turn.
  2. Check the connection and wait for the reconnect message to clear. A refresh can restore a browser session if its session storage is available. In Zoom, reopen and enter the meeting’s game.
  3. The board has a size limit. Clear it if prompted. Free games finish after six turns. The host can end the room and start another free game.

Paid pass or privacy help

Paid passes are not accepting payments in the current release. If you have a receipt from a later enabled checkout, email it for payment support. We can use the receipt reference to investigate activation or a refund.

To remove current game data, the host can select End room & delete. Removing the Zoom app also triggers deletion of associated active rooms after Zoom delivers its removal event. See Privacy for more details.
